How we protect your data
We take the protection of your data very serious and we take appropriate technical measures to prevent abuse, loss and unauthorized access of all data. We store emails for one year on our server after which all emails will be deleted. Our server is protected with passwords, usernames and a two-factor authentication for all users. We yearly execute a security scan by an external company to test the possible internal and external penetration of our server. Our server is continuously monitored by our system administrator for performance, login attempts, possible viruses and malware. Our server runs antivirus and antispam software. We have a SSL-certificate.
What data breach procedures we have in place
We work with a renowned hosting provider who has an ISO27001 certificate and who will, in case of data breaches, either potential or real, inform us and take appropriate measures.
